Winning and Quitting

At one point or another in your life, the words in the title of this article have crossed your mind, together or separately. Going deeper than the words in this title crossing your mind, you undoubtedly have had physical encounters with both throughout your existence on this planet and the highs and lows that come with both.

What is it that triggers us to quit? We have come to a decision in one particular area that we have had enough victory and we simply want to step away and move onto something else, or we have taken so much injury and defeat and finally understand that area is not beneficial to our health, physical and mental, that it is time to give it up? Both are true!

Many winners step away from a particular sport, trade, or business at the top of their game; they have had enough and move on to other things, or simply retire and enjoy peace. Many addicts finally realize that there is no winning in their particular addiction and finally, by the grace of God understand the only way they can be victorious is to quit…they too get out, and enjoy peace.

Stand back and do an honest assessment of your situation, step outside of yourself and take a look at your life as a friend or family member would do, or even a passer by who does not even know you. How would someone other than yourself look at your life? This assessment of yourself will give you the answer to what you are and what you need to do. Are you a winner who has decided that is best to step away from the battle to enjoy peace, or are you someone who needs to quit something in order to escape a battle and begin winning and enjoy peace?

Make the decision and enjoy the peace.

This next statement will exercise the brain a bit, but there is a definite story and answer for you in the statement, you just have to analyze the statement, then put this entire article together and you will get the answer you need for your life. Winners never quit and quitters never win. What do you need to do in order to be a winner?

Are you at a point that in order to win, you have to quit?
If so, QUIT and begin winning!

Best regards and many blessings.
